Fun fact: there is a 12.50% chance that his entire family got erased. That will explain why he was so upset after that erasure because on average, he should have been left with at least 2 family members (after rounding down to nearest whole number for worst case scenario). To put things into perspective: it was more likely for Tony and Pepper to be erased than his whole family which was 25.00% (at least 2x the probability of it happening). TLDR: Clint was very unlucky.

Yup, the problem with MCU in a nutshell. They have overpowered every hero (especially the female ones) so that there is nowhere left to go with the character. Lazy writing on display sacrificing any sort of plot/character development for a quick fix that leaves everyone bored real quick.

Thanos deserves no respect. His worldview is false, there is never an "overpopulation" problem. Turns out that problem tends to level itself off, and even if it were an issue, there's always another way.

That scene would have been elevated further if hulk was same as he was

I will never understand why Thanos didn't notice all the stones had left his gauntlet... before he did the "snap"... and why when they were removed by Tony (using technology Tony had built into his suit?) they didn't make any noise or show visual evidence they were being removed. Thanos looking surprised that the snap did nothing and then looking over at Tony was "dramatic" but inconsistent with everything we had seen previously about stones either being attached to or removed from his gauntlet. Oh well. The writers needed that to happen for the scene to work.

Peter's 'death' is even more iconic when you realize that Tom Holland was improvising.
